Stars of Hope

Stars of Hope is a community development project with the aim of helping people in Kenya and Cornwall, ultimately allowing them to help themselves.

Started in 2003 by Gem West, Stars of Hope helps children that are victims of severe povery, neglect, malnutrition or abuse at home in Dandora, a major slum in Kenya's capital city Nairobi. The organisation raises funds in a variety of ways including empowering young people in Cornwall to organise and run fund raising events such as gigs by local bands and a fire-walking event.

To support them in their endeavours we donated a full package which included the new site design, Site Pilot CMS, hosting and support.
